The Step Count Challenge platform uses the Stripe payment service to process your online credit and debit card payments. Stripe complies with the applicable data protection laws, including, in particular, the adoption of laws consistent with the EU Directive 95/46/EC (“EU Data Directive”) binding in United Kingdom, as amended from time to time.
PFA holds this information securely on its internal computer system and contacts database. PFA is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under the Data Protection Act 1998, registration number Z3426840. You can find out more about your rights under the Act at www.ico.gov.uk.
The Step Count Challenge platform is hosted through Storm Health’s cloud based servers at Amazon. Storage of all personal information will be compliant with the Data Protection Act. Storm Health is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under the Data Protection Act 1998, registration number ZA016456.
Paths for All may use the personal information you have given in a number of ways, for example:
- to occasionally communicate to you, by email or post, details of other PFA publications, products, services, future events, membership opportunities and news items that we think may interest you.
- we may provide your contact details to relevant public, charitable, voluntary, academic or research bodies, but never for marketing or sales reasons. We may provide your contact details to other organisations but will always contact you to obtain your agreement first.
- we may use photos in publicity materials, newsletters, blogs, the PFA website and displays.

Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. Storm Health will collect the following information automatically from your computer:
